Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to reply to your website enquiry and to understand our website traffic. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not use marketing cookies. This policy follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
01 Who We Are
Bielco, Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi, India, is the Data Fiduciary: the business that decides how your personal data is used. This policy covers www.bielco.in and any enquiry you send us through our contact form, WhatsApp or email (mail@bielco.in).

- We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry about building a website. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages, and we do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not ask for sensitive data such as passwords, bank or card details, health or biometric information. Please do not include it in your project details.
03 Website Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
Google Analytics is switched off until you click “Accept Analytics” in the cookie banner. Until then, the analytics script is not loaded at all. If you accept, Google Analytics collects:
- Pages and activity: pages viewed, time spent, scrolling, clicks on outbound links and file downloads.
- Approximate location: country, state/region and city, worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store or show us your IP address.
- Device details: device type, browser, operating system, screen size and language.
- How you found us: search engine, social media link, another website or a direct visit.
- Return visits: whether you are a new or returning visitor, number of visits and engagement over time.
We see only combined statistics that do not tell us who you are. Advertising features are switched off on our Website: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are permanently set to “denied”. Google’s use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
04 Basis for Processing
- Your consent (DPDP Act, Section 6): for contact-form data (you tick a consent box before submitting) and for Google Analytics (you click “Accept Analytics”).
- Legitimate uses (DPDP Act, Section 7): when you voluntarily send us details on WhatsApp or email for a specific purpose, we use them only for that purpose. We may also process data to comply with a law, court order or government request.
05 Who Receives Your Data
We never sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with:
- Bielco founder: Receives messages you send to our WhatsApp number.
- Bielco team members: Receive contact-form details in our private Discord channel so the right person can respond.
- Google LLC: Google Sheets & Apps Script: Contact-form submissions are sent by Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet in Bielco’s Google account.
- Discord Inc.: Hosts the private team channel where new enquiries are posted.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4: Website usage statistics, only if you click “Accept Analytics”.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Carries messages you choose to send us on WhatsApp.
- Website delivery providers: Cloudflare (hosting, cdnjs), Google Fonts, Unsplash, Amazon CloudFront: Receive your IP address and browser details only as technically needed to deliver pages, fonts, images and video.
- Authorities: Government or law-enforcement bodies, only when the law requires it.
06 Data Stored Outside India
Google, Discord, Meta (WhatsApp), Cloudflare and Amazon run data centres around the world, so your data may be stored or processed outside India, for example in the United States. Section 16 of the DPDP Act allows this unless the Government of India restricts transfers to a particular country. If such a restriction is notified, we will stop transferring data there.
07 How Long We Keep Data

If Bielco closes: all personal data shared with us will be deleted, except records we are legally required to keep.
08 How We Protect Your Data
- The Website uses HTTPS, so data is encrypted while it travels between your browser and our systems.
- Enquiries are stored only in Bielco’s private Google account and private Discord channel. Access is limited to team members who need it to respond to you, and is removed when someone leaves the team.
- Google and Discord apply their own security measures, including encryption of stored data.
09 Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act (Sections 11 to 14), you have the right to:
- Access: get a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and the names of everyone we have shared it with (listed in Section 05).
- Correction: fix details that are wrong.
- Completion: add details that are missing.
- Updating: replace details that are out of date, such as a new phone number.
- Erasure: have your data deleted when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent, unless a law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time (see Section 10).
- Grievance redressal: complain to our Grievance Officer and get a response (see Section 13).
- Nominate: name a person, such as a family member, who can use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act. Email us your nominee’s name and contact details.
To use any right, email mail@bielco.in or message us on WhatsApp from the email or number you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. In return, please give accurate information, don’t submit someone else’s data without permission, and don’t file false complaints (DPDP Act, Section 15).
10 Withdrawing Consent
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it:
- Analytics: click “Cookie Settings” (below or in the website footer) and choose “Decline”. Google Analytics stops and its cookies are deleted from your browser.
- Contact data: email mail@bielco.in or send “withdraw consent” using any WhatsApp button on our Website. We will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry from Google Sheets and Discord within 30 days.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
11 Children Under 18
Our Website and services are meant for adults and businesses. Under the DPDP Act, anyone under 18 is a child. Before submitting the contact form, you must confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.
- If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian should contact us at mail@bielco.in. Before working with a child’s data, we will verify the parent or guardian’s identity and consent.
- We do not track children’s behaviour or show them targeted advertising.
- If we learn that we hold a child’s data without verified parental consent, we will delete it.
12 Data Breaches
If a security breach affects your personal data, we will inform you without delay: what happened, the likely impact, what we are doing about it and what you can do to protect yourself. We will also report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India, as required by Section 8(6) of the DPDP Act and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
13 Grievance Officer & Complaints
For questions, requests or complaints about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India through its official online portal, after first using our grievance process.
14 Language & Policy Changes
- Language: This policy is available in English. To receive it in Hindi or any other language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India, email mail@bielco.in.
- Changes: When we update this policy, we change the “Last Updated” date. For important changes, we show a notice on the Website and ask for your cookie choice again. If we ever want to use your data for a new purpose, we will ask for your consent first. Continuing to browse is never treated as consent.
